Challenging behaviours across St Joseph's Care Group: A profile

To support decision making of SJCG administration, we completed a comprehensive assessment of responsive behaviours in a variety of St. Joseph's Care Group sites.

Community Geriatric Psychiatry Program: Client satisfaction

We worked in a supportive role to assist staff, from the Community Geriatric Psychiatry Program, examine client and caregiver satisfaction with program services.

Corporate committee structure evaluation

We created a survey to examine manager views on the corporate committee structure at SJCG.

Dementia Care Program: Caregiver satisfaction survey

We worked with Dementia Care Program staff to support the development of an approach to examine family members satisfaction with the program.

Outpatient Satisfaction: St. Joseph's Care Group

To support the client-centered care provided at SJCG, we worked with senior administration to examine outpatient satisfaction with services provided by St. Joseph's Care Group.

Transition from a team nursing model to a primary care model: Nurses' evaluation of their work environment

We examined the experiences of registered nurses (RN) and registered practical nurses (RPN) on the Transition Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital after the implementation of the full scope of RPN practice.
