Reactivation
Welcome to Reactivation. This is a 20 bed inpatient program located on the 2nd floor of St. Joseph’s Hospital. It is designed for clients who require rehabilitation from an interprofessional health care team. The goal is to improve clients’ health and functional status so that they can return home or to a long term care home.
