Program: Personal Development Program

Time: One and half hours once a week
Rationale
A course designed for men who want to broaden their range of cognitive, emotional and behavioural repertoires in order to increase their options for responding to challenging life and interpersonal situations.
Objectives
- Increased flexibility for responding to life's events.
- Increased awareness of parts of self that have been repressed or undeveloped.
- Increased articulation and depth of communication.
