Peer Connections offers emotional, social, and informational support to people who share similar experiences with Mental Health and/or Concurrent Disorders. We assist individuals to find a healthy balance in their recovery and to create meaningful connections.
Join Us

- Are ready to participate in goal oriented social interactions to support your recovery?
Support
- Confidential informal and formal peer support with or without a referral
- Non-judgmental engagement
- Supporting inpatient rehabilitation
- Connected to Mental Health Outpatient Program (MHOP)
- Connected to Comprehensive Community Support Team (CCST)
- Self-management and goal setting education and support
- Recovery action plan creation and maintenance
- Support for personal and system advocacy

This committee plans monthly dances and other social events. It meets monthly.

Programs and Services Committee
This committee seeks the resources to provide education/training for consumer survivors.
The council members are available to represent the consumer perspective on committees, work groups, planning groups, etc. Weekly events include computer classes, games day, arts and crafts, model classes and movie day. The Council facilities are open Monday to Saturday 11 am - 4 pm including holidays.
