PR Cook Apartments and Sister Leila Greco Apartments consists of 181 units and 132 units on 8 floors respectfully. These units are for persons over the age of 60 or under the age of 60 with a disability who can live independently with or without support.- PR Cook Apartments - a non-profit seniors' supportive housing building located at 63 Carrie Street, and is part of St. Joseph's Heritage.
- Sister Leila Greco Apartments - a non-profit senior's supportive housing building located beside Hogarth Riverview Manor at 330 Lillie Street North.
