What type of service is offered?
Eligible EAP clients and significant others residing with them can call the BSC office to receive assistance. Clients residing outside of Thunde Bay can all our office, toll free, at 1-800-423-5862. If leaving a message, you only need to leave your first name and a phone number.

Masters level counsellors with backgrounds in clinical psychology or social work.

What is the length of time necessary to wait until I see someone?
Appointments are booked immediately upon the first call. Clients will typically see a counsellor within a few days or a week of the initial telephone call.

We service approximately 80 organizations across Northwestern Ontario.

What is the length of time necessary to wait until I see someone?
Behavioural Sciences Centre counsellors travel regularly to 10 communities throughout Northwestern Ontario. If you require an appointment quicker than our travel schedule allows, we are also able to provide e-counselling, videoconference sessions and telephonic counselling.
