What does an Employee Selection Assessment?

These assessments are job analysis-based: They are tailored to objectively evaluate the specific job-related skills, abilities, and personality characteristics required to perform job duties effectively and to work well with others.

Selection assessment tools may include any or all of the following:

• Multiple, occupational aptitude testing
• Literacy testing
• Occupational preference testing
• Occupational personality inventories
• Functional abilities evaluation
• Work fitness testing
