The Behavioural Sciences Centre offers a broad range of assessments that can help you as the employer or human resources professional, to select the best candidate for a job.
What does an Employee Selection Assessment?
These assessments are job analysis-based: They are tailored to objectively evaluate the specific job-related skills, abilities, and personality characteristics required to perform job duties effectively and to work well with others.
Selection assessment tools may include any or all of the following:
- Multiple, occupational aptitude testing
- Literacy testing
- Occupational preference testing
- Occupational personality inventories
- Functional abilities evaluation
- Work fitness testing
