Chiropody & Foot Care

Chiropody Service

A Chiropodist can assess and treat foot and nail problems and complete nail surgeries. The Chiropodist is also a part of the Wound Team for clients with foot wounds (acute or chronic). This services is provided through OHIP funding. Your Physician or Nurse Practitioner can provide a referral to this service

Foot Care Service

Foot Care is provided by Nurses who specialize in foot and nail care. Education about prevention and ongoing care is part of the service. You can self-refer to the Foot Care Service. This program is not covered under OHIP. Clients will be charged a fee per service.
