PR Cook Apartments consists of 181 units on 8 floors. These units are for persons over the age of 60 or under the age of 60 with a disability who can live independently with or without support.
The building was named for the first chairman of the Board of Managers of St. Joseph's Heritage, PR (Jerry) Cook who was instrumental in assisting Sister Lila Greco in fulfilling the dream of building the Heritage site.
The 181 apartments consist of:

Other amenities offered controlled access to building, coin operated laundry room and a lounge on every floor, a large main common room and easy access to the Heritage Café, convenience store, hair salon, chapel, massage therapy, and physiotherapy.
