Education
Staff education is the primary responsibility of Corporate Learning and Clinical Practice & Learning. Education offers a comprehensive range of training opportunities using traditional classroom settings and a variety of alternate modes of delivery to accommodate specific learning styles. With the aid of new and exciting technologies such as videoconferencing, eLearning and web-based delivery, the department provides ongoing continuing education and training to staff and students of St. Joseph's Care Group.
Using best practices and an interprofessional care model, Corporate Learning Facilitators and Clinical Educators provide education, training and practice support to enhance the highest quality of care and service.
