SJCG Employees Present Special Gift to the United Way

On December 6, 2010, representatives from St. Joseph's Care Group (SJCG) presented a cheque for $32,286 to the United Way of Thunder Bay. The money was donated by employees through a combination of payroll deduction, cash, cheque and credit card. Thanks to strong employee support, SJCG exceeded their goal of $27,000.
Over the last eight years, SJCG employees have participated in an Employee Campaign to raise funds for the United Way of Thunder Bay and St. Joseph's Foundation. Over $215,000 has been raised since this partnership began.
One in three families has been assisted each year through programs and services funded by donations to the United Way.
St. Joseph's Care Group is proud to support the United Way in their efforts to help people in Thunder Bay.
