About St. Joseph's Care Group

Board of Directors

Governance of St. Joseph's Care Group is provided by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors. Board Members hail from various backgrounds of expertise and represent the interests of the communities St. Joseph's Care Group serves.

The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing and implementing the organization's mission, vision, values and strategic plan. They monitor and evaluate plans, programs and standards to ensure that they meet strategic priorities, goals and policies, and approve appropriate resources to achieve these objectives.

Statement

Officers and Board of Directors for 2024-2025

St. Joseph's Care Group Board of Directors welcomes the presence of the community to its monthly Board Meetings. It is hoped that by doing so we can better serve community needs as well as keep the public informed.

The intention of these open Board Meetings is to promote an understanding of the role of St. Joseph's Care Group in the community and to emphasize the responsibilities of the Board in its decision-making process.

As sponsors, employees, directors, volunteers and medical staff, we are accountable for excellence in our work place and recognize the opportunity to serve with integrity.

Meetings

Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month (excluding July & August) at 6:00 pm in the Georgian Room, St. Joseph's Heritage. To confirm times and dates of meetings, email Sandy Vellinga, Executive Coordinator to the President & CEO or call 807.343.2450.

Due to the COVID pandemic, meeting are currently held virtually using videoconferencing.
