Strategic Plan 2012-2015

Leading the way with Care, Compassion and Commitment.
Planning is an essential component of success in these complex times. With this in mind, developing a Strategic Plan for St. Joseph's Care Group (SJCG) was an organizational goal - one that we embarked on with enthusiasm.
Over a period of several months, the challenges, priorities and future of SJCG were examined by the Board of Directors, staff, physicians, volunteers, and by our community and regional partners. The process ensured that we continue to meet the needs of the vast and diverse region we serve.
Based on the collaborative findings, our Board of Directors identified Client-Centred Care, Mental Health & Addictions, Chronic Disease, and Seniors' Care as our strategic priorities for 2012-2015. Our Mission, Vision and Core Values will guide and support us as we plan our direction in today's changing healthcare environment.
