Client Satisfaction Survey Report

St. Joseph's Care Group is committed to working with clients and families to continuously improve the care experience. Feedback from clients and families is essential to identifying areas for improvement and to validate the excellent work that we do.
Each year, St. Joseph's Care Group conducts a client satisfaction survey. This survey is just one of the ways in which we gather valuable feedback from our clients and families.
The survey was distributed to all clients who received services September 26-October 16, 2016. As part of our commitment to making the survey as accessible as possible, we offered the survey in five languages and participants could complete a paper copy or electronic version of the survey. In addition, volunteers were available to assist clients.
This year's results are very positive. We have been fortunate to maintain high scores in all areas for many years. This achievement is built on our foundation of responding to unmet needs and the many staff, clients, families and volunteers who committed to quality improvement.
