St. Joseph's Care Group 2025-2026 Annual Report

St. Joseph's Care Group is pleased to share our 2025-2026 Annual Report, highlighting the work we've accomplished and meaningful impact of the work across our organization and region.
Over the past year, we continued to strengthen the quality, coordination, and compassion at the heart of our services. Guided by our commitment to people-centred care, we advanced important initiatives that are helping us better meet the needs of individuals, families, and communities across Northwestern Ontario.
Highlights from the year include:
- Advancing culturally safe care through the development of Standards for Embedding N'doo'owe Binesi into Clinical Services
- Improving access to care in the right place at the right time through the announcement of 14 new Community Transitional Care beds
- Strengthening quality and accountability through a revised Quality & Risk Framework grounded in a Two-Eyed Seeing approach
- Improving coordination of specialized regional services through a new leadership structure, including the introduction of a Director of Regional Partnerships
The Report also celebrates the people behind this progress-from staff, physicians, and volunteers to partners and community members-whose dedication and compassion make this work possible every day.
