In September of 2016, the Ontario Government released its Executive Compensation Framework Regulation as part of the Broader Public Service Executive Compensation Act. This approach is designed to bring clarity and consistency to broader public sector employers in setting executive compensation, and helps to manage public dollars responsibly while attracting the necessary talent to deliver high quality public services.
At St. Joseph's Care Group, we value feedback from the communities we serve, and we continue to support and encourage a fair and balanced approach to all public sector consultation. That’s why we are posting our draft executive compensation program and survey to our website for public consultation between Friday, January 26, 2018 and Monday, February 26, 2018. This public consultation period is an opportunity for all interested parties to provide input into St. Joseph's Care Group's Draft Executive Compensation Program.

Your feedback will inform St. Joseph’s Care Group’s final Executive Compensation Program, which will be posted to our website on approval of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
St. Joseph’s Care Group will continue to work with government understanding that this is a time of accountability, transparency and consistency in compensation for all executives throughout the Broader Public Sector.
