Survey on Executive Compensation is Now Closed - Thank you for your input

In September of 2016, the Ontario Government released its Executive Compensation Framework Regulation as part of the Broader Public Service Executive Compensation Act. This approach is designed to bring clarity and consistency to broader public sector employers in setting executive compensation, and helps to manage public dollars responsibly while attracting the necessary talent to deliver high quality public services.
Between January 26 and February 26, 2018, St. Joseph's Care Group (SJCG) collected public input through an online survey. That feedback, will be incorporated into SJCG’s final Executive Compensation Program, and will be posted to our Salary & Executive Contracts section of our website on approval from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
