Send a Message or Book a Televisit with a Client or Resident
Date: 2020-05-01
Family and friends of clients and residents at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hogarth Riverview Manor and Bethammi Nursing Home can now send a message to their loved one or request a televisit using our online form.
What is a televisit?
Televisits are video calls and phone calls assisted by staff to help you have a visit with your family/friends in hospital or in one of our long-term care homes. Video calls are carried out using an iPad tablet with an application that allows a video call such as Skype or Facetime.
Sending a Message
Similar to letter mail, only faster, you can send a message to a client or resident at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hogarth Riverview Manor or Bethammi Nursing Home. You can send a message to someone you know or brighten the day of a client/resident you don’t know. There is an option to upload an image if you would like to send a photo or a scanned document.
