Philosophy of Care
The model of care is resident focused. We believe that decisions about the resident's daily life is made with him/her, not for him/her. It is our belief that independence is a desirable human quality that fosters a sense of well-being. For this reason, each resident is encouraged and assisted to attain the highest level of independence and self-care that is possible for him/her to achieve.
